The moment you say YES to being a part of this session it begins. Old feelings, emotions, triggers and energies may start coming up during the days leading to your SOLignment journey. It’s great if they do! Welcome them all. It is a deep opening and unwinding beginning to take place within you.


PREPERATIONS BEFORE THE WORKSHOP:



  1. This is a sacred time for you to tend to and nourish yourself.

  2. Get a lot of rest before the session. The more rested you are the better. The process begins beforehand so give yourself a lot of space to let any new feelings, sensations and energies move. Your body might naturally ask for more stillness. Allow that.

  3. Avoid alcohol, coffee, and all caffeinated drinks for 24 hours before the session. This includes black tea, green tea and mate. It is best to skip excess refined sugar too. If you want to get a deeper cleanse avoid them for 3 days beforehand.

  4. Make sure that you set up a quiet, warm space where you will not be disturbed during the workshop.


DURING THE WORKSHOP:



  1. It’s important to have your video on during the session as that is the best way for me to look after everyone.

  2. Bring a notebook and pen to take notes/ journal if inspired to do so.

  3. Have access to plenty of water so you feel comfortable and hydrated throughout the workshop.

  4. Wear comfortable clothing – preferably with plenty of layers, so that you can stay warm throughout

  5. During the actual SOLignment Breath Session you need to be able to lie down comfortably or, if sitting, have your back and head fully supported. It is also important that I can see from the top of your head to the top of your thighs as this helps me most effectively monitor and guide everyone.


AFTER THE WORKSHOP:



  1. It is best to plan nothing too busy or stressful after the workshop. Allow your evening and the next day to be as spacious and restful as possibleIt helps the benefits of the work sink in deeper. New insights might come, new emotions, new realisations. Give them a lot of space to bubble up. Create room to receive and enjoy them.

  2. Drink lots of water.Even though we will be focusing mostly on the emotional and healing aspects of this work, it is a detoxifying process for your physical body. You want to drink a lot of water right after the workshop AND the next day (especially first thing next morning!). The purer the water the better.
